What makes a dream God sized, not ego sized

There’s a specific kind of heaviness that hits when we talk about vision. We’re told we need a five-year plan, a clear mission statement, and a perfectly curated roadmap. It starts to feel less like a dream and more like a deadline. But I’m starting to realize that true vision doesn’t start with pressure; it starts with permission. Permission to not have it all figured out. Permission to look at the BIG PICTURE and admit it’s still a bit blurry. We often avoid dreaming because we think we need certainty before we can take the first step. But God rarely hands us a floodlight that reveals the whole path; He usually just gives us a flashlight and it’s enough light for the next two steps. If your vision feels like a weight you’re dragging uphill, you might be carrying the "how" and the "when" on your own shoulders. Vision isn't about controlling the future; it's about walking with enough trust to let the clarity unfold in its own time. You don’t have to force the dream into existence. You’re just invited to grow into it. Reflection: Where has your dream started to feel like a "to-do list" rather than an invitation?
